The Rwanda Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Society (ROHNSS) collects the information in this form solely to manage registration, entry, attendance records and communication for this conference, and to produce anonymised statistics for post-event evaluation. What we collect: your name, gender, contact details, professional information and your answers to the attendance questions. How it is used: to confirm your registration, issue your registration pass and QR code, verify your identity at the entrance, record attendance, send you conference-related information (such as reminders and programme updates), and evaluate the conference. Who can see it: only authorised members of the organising committee and registration team, each with access limited to what their role requires. Your email address and phone number are never shown to other participants. Your QR code contains only a random reference — no personal information. Partners: aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be shared with our partner, Project Life International. Personal data is not sold or shared for marketing. Retention: registration records are kept securely for the society's records and future reference, with access restricted to authorised administrators. Your rights: you may view your registration at any time, update permitted details, and ask the organising team to correct or delete your information using the contact details on this website.

Registration terms

Registration is free of charge and mandatory for attendance. Registration confirms your intention to attend; no payment is required at any stage. Each registration is personal and non-transferable. Please bring your registration pass (QR code on your phone or printed) and be ready to confirm your identity at the entrance. The organisers may update the programme and will communicate important changes to registered participants.
